24 hour on-call Response time:
After hours, your emergency is our emergency. We strive to return your phone call within 15 - 20 minutes. Our overall response time from notification to arrival on-site is generally within one hour. During the normal business day, your problem is assessed with our electrical supervisor who will determine the level of urgency and we respond accordingly.
