Micro Generation

Microgeneration is the small-scale generation of heat and power by individuals, small businesses and communities to meet their own needs, as alternatives to traditional centralized grid-connected power. Although this may be motivated by practical considerations, such as unreliable grid power or long diopa_logostance from the grid, the term is mainly used currently for environmentally-conscious approaches that aspire to zero or low-carbon footprints. Solar, Portable and Stand by Generators are all examples of Micro Generation of power distributed by Orser Technical.

With the Ontario Power Authority (OPA) introducing the microFit program and Fit Program it enables the  development of eco-friendly power generation. If you are a homeowner, farmer or small business owner, you have an opportunity to develop a very small or “micro” renewable electricity generation project (10 kilowatts or less in size) on your property. Under the  microFIT Program, you will be paid a guaranteed price for all the electricity your project produces for at leethosolar_logoast 20 years. Larger projects will fall under the Fit Program rules.
